Meet Dave McDonough, President & CEO
Dave has over 30 years of experience managing and consulting in the cleaning industry. His parents founded Mac’s in 1966 as a small family business, and it’s evolved into a thriving organization — and Dave’s lifelong passion.
When Dave assumed his leadership role, he sought to serve customers by being open, flexible, fair, and focused on quality. He developed professional, reliable teams and frank, honest relationships with customers, which have become a hallmark of our success.
Dave is an advocate for the industry and knows every facet including supplies, process, and how to identify the best solutions for every situation.
Service Delivery Team
When you work with Mac’s, you always have a dedicated team to support you. Every account is assigned a field service management team, including an account manager and supervisor. This team is responsible for the employees assigned to your location; they partner with you to ensure we are meeting service expectations. This team is also responsible for conducting routine formal inspections. Our service coordinator is the liaison between our field services team and the larger business, working to coordinate our work and fulfill any additional service or supply needs.
