When you work with Mac’s, you always have a dedicated team to support you. Every account is assigned a field service management team, including an account manager and supervisor. This team is responsible for the employees assigned to your location; they partner with you to ensure we are meeting service expectations.
This team is also responsible for conducting routine formal inspections. Our service coordinator is the liaison between our field services team and the larger business, working to coordinate our work and fulfill any additional service or supply needs.
