Dave is the President of Mac’s Janitorial Services, having an virtually life-long investment in the company. Taking over the business from his father, Joseph “Mac” McDonough, in the late 1990’s after working alongside him for over a decade, he has taken Mac’s Janitorial Services to new heights since stepping into an executive role. While operating the service business Dave also owned General Chemical And Supply, a janitorial supply provider for over twenty years, giving him great insight into all aspects of the industry. Dave has kept himself immersed in the day to day business operations by residing in nearby Cinnaminson, New Jersey with his family.
Chris Sabella

Chris Sabella, Chief Operations Officer
Chris is a facilities pro with over 15 years of experience in Facilities Service Management. He spent over 8 years previously with Advanced Service Solutions managing facility services for large national accounts with multi-state range. With accounts varying in size, scope and logistics Chris managed remote teams, and was directly responsible ensuring support teams delivered quality and consitent service to clients. His broad knowledge of the challenges large facilities face and the resources needed to meet them gives him the ability to quickly pivot and focus our teams in the right direction to address needs consitently exceed service expectations.
Maggie Herrmann

Maggie Herrmann, Accounting Manager
Maggie joined Mac’s Janitorial Services in July 2020 having come from just over 15 years in corporate accounting. She serves all finance duties as well as compliance for the company. She is responsible for all client billing, financial reporting, treasury, and tax functions while collaborating with the executive team to execute the company’s strategic vision. She worked previously in the media and publishing space, supporting many facets of corporate financial and operational duties, including Human Resources and Project Management. She earned a BS in Finance from Rutgers University.

Worked for the Compass One group managing front line staff & the operations in the environmental services & laundry departments in both hospitals & senior living facilities for 17 years.

Irene Tanchez, Service Coordinator
Irene is the Service Coordinator for Mac’s Facility Solutions. She joined our team in April 2021. Originally from Northern New Jersey, Irene spent 8 years working in the maritime industry supporting multiple departments, including customer service, guest relations, data processing, and inventory management. She received her BA in Biology from New Jersey City University. Irene oversees all service-related inquiries for Mac’s. She is responsible for all service requests, client interests, facility proposals as well as coordinating with subcontractors. She provides administrative support to our Field Service Management team, which is a key role of the Operations Department here at Mac’s.

Service Delivery Team
When you work with Mac’s, you always have a dedicated team to support you. Every account is assigned a field service management team, including an account manager and supervisor. This team is responsible for the employees assigned to your location; they partner with you to ensure we are meeting service expectations. This team is also responsible for conducting routine formal inspections. Our service coordinator is the liaison between our field services team and the larger business, working to coordinate our work and fulfill any additional service or supply needs.
